At bout 6pm today, joanna smsed me.
"Hey kendra! Help. Im super angry."
The first tot i had was gosh dun tell me she in class now and expect me to go 2Unity and scold her kids for her...
"where are you???"
"at my desk... you go to my table we talk outside?"

Gosh, she was crying like mad...
And kept saying i really cant take it alr.......
Not only m i a bad 'comforter', i cry when i see people cry.
She cant stand the working environment,
it has resulted in her not liking teaching alr.
and it's mdm wee who caused her so sad!!
They have a new cca modular thing coming up and she doesn't know how to do it.
When she first came to EPPS,
the principal asked her to feel free and ask other tchers for help.
last week she asked, mdm wee told her they themselves also not sure as it's sth new.
So today when the tchers gather for short meeting, she asked again.
But mdm wee actually ticked her off in front of other tchers.
"you must be proactive and ask the HODs if u have to......"
i cant rmb alr.
To think mdm wee actually 'complained' to the VP bout her wks ago.
The VP asked her, so have the tchers been helpful?
Pls, most of them are dao.
She dreads contact time, cos everyone are in grps and she's like the outcast.
When everyone goes for lunch, no one asked her.
She replied the VP "quite helpful..."
VP replied "Quite only ar??"
And she was forced to say very helpful.
She said the politics here is so horrible.
I shared with her i think every sch's like that.
in fact i think EPPS is the best, I STILL THINK SO.
So far most have been nice to me.
Today heard some sarcastic irritating remarks to my qn. >:(

We just stood at the area ard the hall. for half an hour.
somewhere i have nv been to b4. very cooling, facing the track.
For some time, tears just kept rolling down her cheeks,
I dunno wad to say. i suck. i feel sad too.
And she has to come back to sch from 8 to 5 next wk. (sch ends this wk)
She doesnt know how she's gonna survive it.

Didnt expect the staffroom to be like any office, full of gossipers and politics.
The working environment is scary really.
I applied for nie diploma alr. she was like HUH U GOING FOR IT ALSO.
She wld rather be a relief tcher.
Teaching is more than just interacting with kids.
I tot the environment will be nice cos everyone is well brought up,
polite and educated.
ok actually i still think so.
