First 2010 entry - an upset one.

Suddenly feel v stressed at this moment sighs... totally =(

#1 i wanna repair my electronic dictionary which was spoilt during mid J2! so lousy lo ITS A FREAKING $148! =(( Bro bought for me, and ya i really am god damn sad that it's spoilt. i wld love to have a dict wherever i go/teach but haven been able to do that )): Hope it's repairable at a cheap price, my budget $30. Quite urgent as im supposed to relief a P4 class for ENGLISH for 11 days at tampines primary. P4 ENG IS TOUGH DE LO. Sighs i might turn down the offer cos im really scared+worried. BUT THEN AGAIN I TELL MYSELF, if im so scared and worried everytime, i might as well just spend my days meaninglessly forever. Starts this fri, will either meet HOD on wed or thur.

#2 Charisia is back from uk as she is having sch hols. She is a totally adventurous girl, unlike me ): She lives alone, and after sch she walks ard to explore on her own. She lives in like v central so going anywhere is convenient. Despite studying in the 4th uni in the world, she seems totally stressless. Dunno if it's cos it's still the first year. Everyday's lessons just 1 or 2 hrs. She was saying her frens in local unis are lamenting bout the long sch hours. Evryday after sch she just go explore ard. Her sister, my other cousin, Gloria, bout 15 yrs old, WENT TO UK HERSELF TO VISIT HER FOR TEN DAYS. She totally din ask her parents or anyone to accompany her, TOOK THE FLIGHT AND EVERYTHING HERSELF. Cos she knows the air tix aint cheap. I feel so useless and timid and everything. WHY THE FREAKING HELL M I LIKE THAT?!?!?!

So charis came to give us UK goodies while bro gave her newyork/montreal/canada goodies. She was so happy to see reese - cant be found in spore, only in montreal, as said by them. Bro and her luvs it but i totally no. Chocolate with peanut butter taste is eeeew! Btw ya bro is back with tons of stuff, guess wallet of bout $34 is wad im most happy bout - it looked ugly when he showed me online but so nice in real life!!! Im not a wasteful person, will still wait till my current wallet is worn out first before i use that. Butttt will be happier if he bought me 1. nike shoes in the same pattern he bought for himself ($30 plus only!!) 2. Aldo shoes ($20/30 plus only!!!) For the latter all is much cheaper as it is manufactured there...

SERIOUSLY, i so regret not going there to visit him - but more tough than Gloria's flight. SIJIE, UK IS NEARER THAN US! UK is just bout 12hrs flight, US is bout 20hrs - dunno inclusive of transit flight not. i hate regrets )): (so many )): in this first entry of 2010 =( )

#3 Ever since bro is back, he has been psychoing me and my mum to let me go overseas to study. His fren's bro who cldnt get into local uni has just completed his Masters in THREE yrs WITH JUST $20/30k in Monash. Bout same price as local unis, bout 2/3 yrs faster to achieve Masters, and in a uni bout ten positions better than NUS. Asked bro why NUS liddat he said NUS siao one la. I cant imagine myself going to Australia to study alone - wad im most most most afraid is COMMUNICATION PROB - i cant understand their eng!!! Last time to Aust was in J1, i dun rmb speaking to any aust, ordering food and everything was done by other family members. big sighs. i rely on my family too much. When will i be truly independent??

For 2010, i gonna try my best to...
1. wash all my clothes myself
2. iron all my working tops/clothes myself (pants is super hard to iron nicely ok!)
3. NOT USE MY PARENT'S MONEY AT ALL, they use my money instead. If i want sth and cant afford, DUN BUY - or get feli to pay first hahah NO NO I MUST NOT BUY!!! Read newspaper ytd bout 2010 financial matters, imptance of savings all that. WIll try. Think will invest bout 5k on shares, since i have to leave bout 1k in my bank - lesser money in bank better, spend less!!
4. not while my time away doing nothing worthwhile.

(so hard to fulfill 1 and 4) I will be independent.
